Strawberries

Today I made a very small batch of Strawberry Jam. It was all the strawberries that I had left- but I will soon have some more. My Strawberry Jam does not set very firm - but that is because I choose not to add anything to the berries and sugar other than a little lemon juice. To me that is important!
