Today's Challenge

I have been asked to make Grape Jam. In all honesty it is something I have never stumbled upon but I am certainly interested. I will have to get some grapes and give it a go. I have found plenty of recipes.

Unfortunately it is not Grape Season here in the West Coast - OK, it never is in Scotland. That was meant to be a joke!

I am a bit busy this weekend, but I hope to get some grapes and give this a try next week. I wont add it to my stock list until I have it in front of me. That would be tempting fate for a jam that doesn't set!!
