Environmental Health Visit

I had my visit from the Environmental Health Officer and was very pleased to pass! They have sent me the certificate to prove it so I thought what a better place to share it than on here?

This week I am slowing down on the cooking front to spend more time on my studies - have I mentioned that I am studying with the Open University? I am working towards a BSc.(Honours) in Psychology. Just the current module to complete and then one more after that. I enjoy studying and I am hoping next year to be able to share another certificate with you all!!

Next month a new kitchen floor is being fitted. So, that will be another week or so without any cooking. I have even hesitated to order more jars until that is done as it will be a lot of upheaval and cases of empty jars will just be in the way.
