Plum Jam!

I have been busy this week, making several different chutneys. I will add pictures of the chutneys later, as they need to mature for a while before they are ready to be eaten.
But I am just pleased that today I was able to make another batch of Plum Jam so it is now back on the stock list, Since I last made it I have invested in a new, huge lidded pan and it made such a difference. I am really pleased with the result and it made it so much easier. Very few jams need a lid, so I wasn't sure if it was worth it. It is!! I have to confess, though that I am sitting here writing this when I should really be doing the washing up...
