Rhubarb, Rhubarb, Rhubarb!

It is that time of year again! Last year I made Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, but have had a number of requests for Rhubarb - without the ginger. So that Is what I have made today.

Let's hope it flies of the shelf at the Boot Fair in Inveraray on Sunday. I will be there under my red Gazebo, praying for good weather. It is always a busy day and there will be many stalls there - crafts like myself and car boots too.
