More Apricot Jam

I got another batch of apricots this week so have been making even more Apricot Jam - and just a little Spiced Apricot Chutney. It is a shame apricots don't keep well, so I might manage to get a few more but after that, when they are gone they are gone - and that will be it until I get more next year.
