NEW! Rhubarb and Strawberry Jam

Today was another new adventure for me. My Mum has told me about mixing rhubarb and strawberries together but I was a little sceptical. However after being given some more rhubarb I decided to give it a go. I have impressed myself! It is really delicious and I had my taster on wholemeal toast.

Tomorrow I will be selling diverse preserves at the Corran Halls in Oban. I will now have to add some of today's produce to the boxes I had already prepared.
