I am back from my holiday!

I have been away to Ireland for a week, exploring the Wild Atlantic Coastline of County Donegal. The weather was not kind to us but improved as the week went on. I was on the lookout for unusual or different preserve recipes, but did not find anything new.

So I am back home, the shelves remain stocked from before we went and I am all set for the Inveraray Boot Fair on Sunday.
