Cherry & Redcurrant Jam - New Product

I'm always on the lookout for new recipes and this is one I found in an old cook book. The redcurrants add flavour as well as aiding the set. This means there are no additional ingredients - just cherries, redcurrants and sugar!

I have only made a small batch to see how popular it is and I will have a few jars with me tomorrow at the Lochgilphead Farmers' Market, in the Co-op carpark.
