Cranberry Chilli Relish

I made this before, thinking it would be great with the Christmas Turkey. And it was! But then, why stop there? This goes so well with a lovely cheese - perhaps a mild Brie or a stronger flavoured Goat's cheese?

Just image that lovely cheese toastie, all hot and gooey with melted cheese and the sweet tang of this Cranberry Chilli Relish.
